We have a small flock of laying hens that we are planning on expanding. We will have a small number of eggs available for CSA members on a first come, first serve basis. Our chickens are not certified organic. They are given organic feed, fresh pasture and lots of organic vegetable scraps.
We try to sell only what we grow but there are a few Farms that we love and will offer their products from time to time. We work with Lima Family Farms and occasionally sell their ground beef and pork. We also have Morganics Family farm Oats weekly and occasionally their flours. Mike's Organic Blueberries is another fantastic specialty product that we add to our CSA shares for 3 weeks during June.
